Aurelien Tchouaméni, the Real Madrid player, denied reports that Jude Bellingham said that Erling Haaland is better than Kylian Mbappe, and revealed the truth about the conversation that spread between them recently.
The AS newspaper had published a video showing a conversation between Bellingham and Tchouaméni in which the Englishman said that his player was better than theirs, without it being clear which player was being talked about.
Hence the analyzes appeared that the Englishman says Haaland is better than Mbappe, given that Bellingham has a strong relationship with the Norwegian since they teamed up together at Borussia Dortmund and Mbappe is French like Tchouaméni.
Tchouaméni came out and denied this news completely and in detail, and revealed that the conversation was not about Haaland and Mbappe, but rather about the Englishman Eric Dier and the Frenchman Dayot Upamecano, Bayern Munich defenders.
Tchouaméni continued his speech, “Judd was talking about Dier and I was talking about Dayot. This is the truth. Haaland and Mbappe have nothing to do with it.”
Thus, Tchouaméni ends any crisis that might erupt inside Real Madrid’s locker rooms, given Mbappe’s expected arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu next summer and his association with Bellingham.
