Xabi Alonso has sent a short yet powerful message to the fans following his official appointment as Chelsea’s new head coach, effective from next season.
The London club reached an agreement with the former Real Madrid boss just hours ago, with the formal announcement released this Sunday. Speaking to the club’s official website, Alonso expressed his excitement about the new chapter.
