The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has decided to change the kick-off time for the Zamalek vs. Dekedaha match today, Saturday, in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32.
The match was originally scheduled to kick off at 6:00 PM Cairo time at Cairo International Stadium, but Dekedaha requested a change of time, a request welcomed by Zamalek.
The match will be postponed for an hour, to be played at 7:00 PM Cairo time, to ensure broadcast rights and media coordination for the match.
CAF notified Zamalek of this change, emphasizing that the previous organizational arrangements will remain in place without any further changes to the stadium or match conditions.
This match represents a bottleneck for Zamalek, who have not tasted victory in the last month, having drawn twice in the Egyptian League against El Gouna and Ghazl El Mahalla, and lost to Al Ahly in the derby.
The match will be played at Dekedaha Stadium, while the return match will be played at Al Salam Stadium next Friday.
