Who will be Neuer’s successor at Bayern Munich and the German national team?

Bild newspaper reported that Bayern Munich’s management has decided on who will be Manuel Neuer’s successor in guarding the Bavarian club after the end of his contract in the summer of 2025.

According to the newspaper close to Bayern, the administration has decided that its current loaned goalkeeper, Alexander Nubel, will be the goalkeeper of the future, provided that he returns to the Allianz Arena with Neuer’s expected departure in 2025.

Noble joined Bayern 4 years ago, but he never had the opportunity to participate continuously. He was loaned to Monaco for two years, and then loaned this season to Stuttgart, where he succeeded in shining greatly.

Because of this brilliance, Bayern’s management decided to rely on Nobel to succeed Neuer in the future, and realizing that he would not return as an alternative, decided to extend his loan to Stuttgart for another year.

Nobel will return to Bayern in 2025, and then he will be the first goalkeeper, after the Bavarian administration convinced him to extend his contract for another five years, to remain until the summer of 2030.

As for Neuer, the trend is either for him to retire in the summer of 2025 at the end of his contract, or for him to renew it for another year and accept the idea of not participating mainly.

Noble’s role will not be limited to being Bayern’s first goalkeeper, but all parties are planning to make him the first goalkeeper for the German national team in the future.
