Marca newspaper revealed the identity of Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola’s favorite player among Real Madrid’s current players.
City met Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals at the Santiago Bernabeu, and the match ended in a 3-3 draw, and they will meet in the return leg next Wednesday at Etihad Stadium.
According to the latest report, Guardiola’s favorite player from the Real Madrid Stars Brigade is the Brazilian Rodrigo.
The philosopher admires Rodrigo’s distinctive movements on the field and his way of dealing with pressure, as well as his exceptional skill.
Because of Guardiola’s great admiration for the 23-year-old, Marca put forward the idea that Manchester City would be interested in including the player next summer.
