The 20-year-old Brazilian forward’s difficult start to the campaign fueled rumors, particularly after managing just four minutes of action this season amid fierce competition in Los Blancos’ frontline and early physical setbacks.

However, manager José Mourinho delivered his sharpest message yet, warning interested clubs that any attempt to secure Endrick would first collide with his personal refusal to release the player.

Speaking to TNT Sports Brasil, Mourinho declared: “The clubs interested in Endrick will have to fight me to sign him.”

The Portuguese manager added: “I am in love with Endrick. He possesses immense potential and is an extremely important player for us.”

Mourinho completely slammed the door on a potential mid-season loan, stating: “Forget about it, there is no chance. I trust Endrick, and he will succeed here.”

He continued: “Endrick does not need a loan move. He will achieve great things and succeed right here. He has recovered from injury, was close to featuring against Villarreal, and will play soon.”

Endrick suffered a hamstring injury during pre-season, which delayed his integration into the campaign and forced the coaching staff to adopt a cautious, phased return.

Despite regaining full fitness, the young forward has yet to secure substantial minutes, appearing for just four minutes against Elche before remaining on the bench in subsequent fixtures.

Endrick came close to departing Real Madrid during the summer transfer window, with Roma and Aston Villa making significant progress in loan talks.

A move to Roma appeared attractive due to the Italian side’s UEFA Champions League participation and the prospect of a starting role, while Unai Emery’s Aston Villa shortlisted him as a key attacking target.

Manchester United and AC Milan were also linked with the forward, alongside inquiries from several Italian clubs regarding his availability, though not all approaches materialized into formal offers.

Mourinho played the decisive role in blocking the summer loan, requesting Endrick’s retention after being impressed by his pre-season displays. Real Madrid’s hierarchy similarly backed the prodigy, whom they acquired from Palmeiras for €35 million fixed plus €25 million in performance-related variables.

The fresh loan speculation stemmed from the success of Endrick’s previous loan spell with Lyon, where he made 21 appearances during the second half of last season, scoring 8 goals before returning to the Spanish capital with heightened confidence.

During his debut season with Real Madrid, the Brazilian forward featured in 37 matches across all competitions, scoring 7 goals despite limited starting opportunities.
