Chelsea are looking to sign a new striker next summer, and it seems the Blues have finally found their target in Real Madrid’s on-loan star, Endrick.
The 18-year-old has been one of the most promising young talents in world football since his emergence with Palmeiras, before his move to Real Madrid in 2024 for €47.5 million.
Endrick has started to attract attention again since the beginning of the year, securing regular playing time with Lyon and scoring four goals in his first three appearances for the French giants.
According to Spanish press reports, Chelsea see Endrick as the ideal choice to lead their sporting project at Stamford Bridge, with great faith in the player’s ability to shine alongside his compatriot Estevão in the English capital.
To that end, Chelsea are planning an €80 million bid to convince Real Madrid to part with Endrick, especially since the Blues have given up hope of signing Julian Alvarez due to Atletico Madrid’s demands exceeding €150 million for the Argentine star.
Endrick has become Chelsea’s primary target to bolster their attack, and the English club wants to capitalize on the Brazilian’s uncertain future at Real Madrid to persuade him that a move to the Rossoneri is the best option for his career.
Chelsea’s interest in signing Andrej comes just hours after French newspapers reported Lyon’s attempts to keep the player on loan for another year.
The final decision rests with Real Madrid, who highly value Andrej’s talent and consider him one of the future stars at the Santiago Bernabeu. Therefore, the deal will be extremely complicated for Chelsea, unless the player’s desire is to leave Real Madrid permanently.
