Milan agrees with Real Madrid to permanently sign its player

Milan has completed its agreement with Real Madrid to permanently include its young player Alex Jimenez next summer, as confirmed by Sky Italia.

Jimenez joined the Milan youth team last summer on loan from the Real Madrid youth team, and quickly succeeded in proving himself to be promoted to the Rossoneri’s first team.

The loan includes the option to buy the 19-year-old for 5 million euros, and Milan decided not to wait until the summer and activate this clause immediately after Jimenez’s brilliance.

But Real Madrid will reserve the right to bring the player back in the style of Brahim Diaz, by including a buy-back clause, which will remain extended until the summer of 2026.

An agreement was reached between the Milan management and Real Madrid, due to the strength of their relationship, to buy Jimenez’s contract for a little less than 5 million euros, and the buyback clause for the Spanish club will be at a value higher than previously agreed upon.

Sky did not reveal the value of the buyback clause, but talk is that it will range between 20 to 25 million euros.

It is noteworthy that Jimenez, who is good at playing as a right and left back, has participated in 5 matches this season with the first team of Milan, between the Italian League and the Italian Cup.
