Real Madrid star Endrick is considering leaving the club during the upcoming winter transfer window to maintain his chances of being included in Brazil’s squad for the 2026 World Cup.
Endrick’s stock has fallen significantly this season due to injuries, and he has yet to feature in a single match, with Xabi Alonso relying on Kylian Mbappé and Gonzalo Garcia as the outright striker. It is also reported that the Spanish coach views the Brazilian as a right winger rather than a striker.
According to journalist Matteo Moreno, Juventus is paying particular attention to signing Endrick next January, and surprisingly, the player himself is seriously considering the matter so he can gain more playing time this season.
Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti’s assertion that he would not sign any player who didn’t play regularly was worrying for Endrick, who dreams of participating in the 2026 World Cup. Thus, the idea of joining a giant club like Juventus, playing regularly and gaining experience, participating in the World Cup, and then returning to Real Madrid seemed ideal for him.
Juventus’ interest in Endrick is not new. The club, like many other major European clubs, had already tried to sign the player last summer. Real Madrid closed the door on the deal, but Florentino Pérez’s stance may now change due to Alonso’s convictions and the Brazilian’s dreams.
The 19-year-old has not played a single match this season due to his late return from injury, and he hopes to make his Real Madrid debut after the current international break.
