Arsenal continues its tireless work in the 2025 summer transfer window, and the London club is close to completing three new signings in the final hours.
A few days ago, the Gunners completed the signing of Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad for over €60 million, and it seems that Mikel Arteta will not stop there.
It was clear last season that Arsenal needed a new striker and more than one midfielder, and the London club’s management has already taken action in this regard.

Arsenal Secures Three New Signings
According to English media, Arsenal has effectively completed its second summer signing, the signing of Bournemouth goalkeeper Kepa.
Arsenal will activate the player’s release clause with Chelsea, which is only €5 million, making him the replacement goalkeeper for David Raya.
The third deal will be from Brentford, involving Christian Norgaard, after the club reached an agreement with him on all personal terms. The player also informed his club of his desire to move to the Emirates Stadium.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the deal is also imminent, and no disagreement is expected between Arsenal and Brentford over the transfer price. Indeed, the Gunners have already submitted an initial offer of €10 million plus add-ons, awaiting the London club’s response to continue negotiations and finalize the deal soon.
The fourth deal will be a very significant one, namely the signing of RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško.

Negotiations between Arsenal and Šeško have been ongoing for some time, but they have always stalled in the final stages. However, this time, it appears that things are on the way to success.
Šeško has followed Arsenal’s official Instagram account, a move seen as confirmation that the deal is close, if not already agreed.
A deal for Šeško would be very expensive for Arsenal, as his sale from Leipzig would be worth between €70 and €80 million.
Thomas Partey Won’t Renew His Contract with Arsenal
In the same context, Thomas Partey has decided to end his time with Arsenal after negotiations with the club over a contract renewal reached an impasse.
Due to a dispute over salary, Arsenal’s management decided to end negotiations with the Ghanaian international, whose contract officially expires in five days.
With Partey’s departure, Norgaard will be his successor in Arsenal’s midfield. Martin Zubimendi is also capable of playing in this role, so the London club doesn’t see much loss by not renewing the 32-year-old’s contract.
Party joined Arsenal in the summer of 2020 from Atletico Madrid for €50 million and has since made 167 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists.
