Real Madrid has already completed three summer signings, but this won’t be the only thing the club will be doing in the coming months. There are also plans to offer new contracts to current players, among them Vinicius Junior.
Over the past year, Vinicius has been regularly linked with a record-breaking move to the Saudi League, and while he initially welcomed the idea, his desire has always been to remain with Real Madrid.
Barring any last-minute changes, Vinicius has renewed his contract with Real Madrid.

Real Madrid to ratify Vinicius Junior’s new contract
Last May, the media reported that Vinicius and Real Madrid had reached an agreement on a new contract, but there has been silence on this matter since then. However, there is no cause for concern.
Marca reported that a meeting will be held in the United States within the next two weeks to ratify Vinicius’ new contract between the player’s representatives and Real Madrid officials.
Vinicius will sign a new five-year contract with Real Madrid, extending his contract until 2030.
The Brazilian international expressed his desire to continue with Real Madrid after the recent match against Salzburg, considering the club “the team of his life” and wanting to make history with it.
Real Madrid has always been confident that everything would be completed, but the idea was to avoid any major moves during the match schedule to avoid unnecessary distractions.

Real Madrid planning other renewals besides Vinicius
Vinicius Junior won’t be the only Real Madrid player to receive a new contract, but it is likely to be the beginning of several renewals.
Marca confirmed that Brahim Diaz is also on the verge of renewing his contract with Los Blancos, and that Thibaut Courtois will also break the one-year renewal rule for those over 30.
It’s only a matter of time before Real Madrid announces the renewal of the trio’s contracts, which is expected to happen once the team’s participation in the 2025 Club World Cup concludes.
