Lamine Yamal scored one of the most beautiful goals of his career during Barcelona’s match against Real Oviedo in La Liga on Sunday.
Real Madrid had defeated Villarreal 2-0 on Saturday, temporarily taking the top spot in the league standings.
Barça had no difficulty defeating Oviedo 3-0, with Lamine Yamal the star of the show at the Spotify Camp Nou.
Dani Olmo and Rafinha scored the opening goals for Barcelona, then it was Yamal’s turn to score a phenomenal goal.
The 18-year-old capitalized on Olmo’s cross, volleying the ball into the net with an exceptional piece of skill to score Barça’s third goal.
Yamal has now scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists in 26 appearances across all competitions this season.
Barcelona reached 52 points and reclaimed the top spot, one point ahead of second-placed Real Madrid.
