Manchester United secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Fulham in their Premier League matchday 24 fixture.
Casemiro opened the scoring for the Red Devils in the 19th minute, and Matheus Cunha doubled their lead in the 56th minute, leading many to believe Michael Carrick’s men had secured the win.
Raul Jimenez pulled one back for Fulham from the penalty spot in the 85th minute, and the visitors pressed hard until Kevin De Bruyne equalized in the first minute of stoppage time.
A wave of disappointment swept across the faces of United fans, until Benjamin Šeško salvaged a point for the home side with a 93rd-minute winner.
This marks United’s third consecutive victory since Michael Carrick took over as interim manager, replacing the sacked Ruben Amorim, until the end of the season.
Manchester United increased their points tally to 41, climbing to fourth place, one point ahead of fifth-placed Chelsea and two points ahead of sixth-placed Liverpool, while Fulham remained on 34 points and dropped to eighth.
