Reports: Alonso Wants to Bring Juventus Star to Real Madrid

According to Turkish newspapers cited by AS, Xabi Alonso is keen to bolster Real Madrid’s attack by signing Juventus star Kenan Yıldız.

This isn’t the first time Alonso has wanted to work with Yıldız. He previously tried to bring him to Bayer Leverkusen, but the Turkish international ended up at Juventus.

According to the latest report, Alonso is very impressed with the 20-year-old and believes he could make a significant difference in attack if he joins Real Madrid.

Yıldız’s contract with Juventus runs until the summer of 2029, but the Italian club is currently trying to renew it and offer the player a substantial salary to ensure he stays.

However, negotiations between Juventus and Yıldız’s father regarding the renewal are proving very complicated due to his financial demands, increasing the possibility of his departure from the Bianconeri next summer.

Real Madrid are keen to capitalize on this situation and sign the player, although the deal won’t be easy given that Juventus are expected to demand at least €70 million.

Yıldız has made 20 appearances for Juventus in all competitions this season, scoring six goals and providing seven assists.

Real Madrid are not the only club interested in the Turkish international; he is also attracting the attention of major English clubs such as Manchester United and Manchester City.
