Manchester City star Erling Haaland scored against Brentford on Sunday, in the seventh round of the English Premier League.
According to Opta, with this goal, Haaland has scored at 22 of the 23 stadiums he has played at in the English Premier League over the past four years.
The only stadium that may be considered a stumbling block for the Norwegian international in the Premier League is Liverpool’s home ground, Anfield, where he has never managed to score against goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
In general, Haaland’s record against Liverpool with City is very modest, as he has scored only two goals in six matches in all competitions against the Reds.
Haaland has visited Anfield three times with City so far, and surprisingly, he has not even managed to win there, drawing once and losing twice.
It’s worth noting that the 25-year-old has previously scored at Anfield, but for Red Bull Salzburg in the 2019-20 Champions League.
London is Haaland’s favorite city in terms of goals, having scored 21 goals in 22 appearances against London teams in various competitions.
With his goal against Brentford, Haaland has now scored nine Premier League goals this season, remaining the undisputed top scorer in the English Premier League.
