An Opta supercomputer has identified the favorite to win the 2025 Club World Cup, scheduled to kick off on June 14 in the United States.

For the first time, the competition will feature 32 clubs from around the world, including the elite European clubs, led by Real Madrid, the club with the most wins in history.

The computer, which relied on numbers in its assessments, identified Paris Saint-Germain as the club with the highest chance of winning the World Cup, with an 18.5% chance, just ahead of second-placed Manchester City, who have a 17.8% chance.

Despite the reinforcements Real Madrid has made with the participation of its elite stars, Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Junior, they are the fifth favorite to win the title, with a 9.8% chance, ahead of Bayern Munich (12.8%) and Inter Milan (12.3%).

Regarding the chances of Arab clubs, Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia is the Arab team with the highest chance of performing a miracle and winning the title, with a percentage of 0.3%, followed by Al-Ahly of Egypt with a percentage of 0.2%, while the chances of Esperance and Al-Ain are 0%.
