Omar Marmoush scored one of the most beautiful goals of the season during Manchester City’s Premier League match against Bournemouth.
The Egyptian international had missed a penalty against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final, which City lost 1-0.
It seems that Marmoush wanted to make peace with Guardiola and the City fans, and he did so perfectly against Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.
Marmoush received the ball in midfield and raced forward, then unleashed an unstoppable shot, giving Guardiola’s side the lead.
The Egyptian’s goal brought his tally to eight for City in the five months he has spent with the team since joining from Eintracht Frankfurt last January.
This goal is of great value, as City seeks a victory over Bournemouth to secure a Champions League spot next season.
