Transfermarkt has released an updated list of the most valuable footballers in 2025, and the most striking feature is the dominance of Real Madrid stars despite the club’s overall underwhelming season.
Three players share the top spot on the list: Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, and Lamine Yamal, each valued at €200 million.
Yamal’s value has remained unchanged since the last update a few months ago, while Haaland and Mbappé have both seen their values increase to €200 million following their phenomenal performances in the Premier League and La Liga this season.
Haaland leads the Premier League scoring charts with 19 goals, while his team, Manchester City, is chasing league leaders Arsenal. Mbappé has 18 goals for Real Madrid in La Liga, and Los Blancos remain in second place, four points behind defending champions Barcelona.
The fourth most valuable player in the world is Jude Bellingham, but notably, his value has dropped to just €160 million (it was previously €180 million). Vinicius Junior comes in fifth with a value of €150 million.
