The organizing committee of the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup awarded three prizes following the final match between Al Ahly and Zamalek at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
Al Ahly won the Egyptian Super Cup title for the 16th time in its history after defeating Zamalek 2-0 in the final.
The committee selected Al Ahly’s star, Marwan Attia, as the best player of the tournament for his overall performance against Ceramica Cleopatra in the semi-final and then against Zamalek.
Attia scored Al Ahly’s second goal against Zamalek, securing the title for the team led by coach Ysir Torup.
Meanwhile, Al Ahly’s captain, Mohamed El Shenawy, won the Best Goalkeeper award in the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup.
The Top Scorer award went to Ahmed Belhadj, who scored two goals against Pyramids FC, leading his team to a third-place finish.
It is worth noting that Marwan Attia had previously won the Best Player award in the Super Cup as well, in 2023.
