Idriss El Jebli, the striker for MAS Fes, scored what is perhaps one of the greatest goals in the history of football during their Moroccan league match against Wydad Casablanca.
With the score still 0-0 at the Fes Sports Complex, football fans were treated to a goal that will most likely be a contender for the Puskás Award.
In the 79th minute, El Jebli received the ball on the edge of the penalty area and unleashed a spectacular rabona that nestled into the net past goalkeeper Mehdi Ben Abid, giving the home side the lead.
The match ended with MAS Fes securing a victory thanks to this goal, propelling them to the top of the Moroccan league standings with 31 points. Wydad Casablanca remains in third place with 30 points, tied with second-placed FAR Rabat and their arch-rivals Raja Casablanca.
