Transfermarkt released a statement regarding the market value of all teams participating in the 2025 Club World Cup, ranking them from highest to lowest.
Real Madrid came in first, with the highest value of its players at €1.38 billion, followed by Manchester City at €1.31 billion.
All of the top 10 most valuable clubs on the list were European, with Brazilian club Palmeiras coming in first after the European teams, specifically in 12th place with €253 million.
At the Arab level, Al-Hilal is the highest-valued club in terms of market value at €153 million, ranking 16th overall among the teams participating in the World Cup.
Al-Ahly of Egypt, with a market value of only €49.7 million, ranks 25th out of the 32 clubs participating in the upcoming competition.
The lowest-paid team is New Zealand’s Auckland City, with just €4.6 million. Ironically, it is the club that has participated in the competition the most times throughout its history, having participated 12 times.
