Salah is the biggest loser…Premier League’s top scorers after Palmer’s “super hat-trick”

Cole Palmer scored 4 goals during his team Chelsea’s 6-0 victory over Everton at the end of the 32nd round of the English Premier League.

Three goals for the English star came from open play, then in the 64th minute he scored the fourth goal in his favorite way, from a penalty kick.

What is interesting is that Palmer’s quartet raised his tally of goals this season to 20 goals in the Premier League, thus claiming first place in the scorers’ rankings, equal to Erling Haaland.

It seems that the struggle for the Premier League’s top scorers this season is intense, as Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins comes in third place with 19 goals, then Mohamed Salah, Alexander Isak and Dominic Solanke are in third place with 17 goals.

Most of the English Premier League teams have 7 matches left until the end of the competition, and Haaland will try to maintain the top scorer’s shield, even if the competition this year seems much more difficult than last season.

Ranking of top scorers in the English Premier League:

  1. Erling Haaland (Manchester City): 20 goals.
