This is despite Xabi Alonso’s desire to add a new attacking element to the right-back position, signaling his disbelief in the 23-year-old’s abilities.
It should be noted that Bayern Munich has emerged as a potential option for Rodrygo, while Liverpool is said to be considering the Brazilian as their first choice should Luis Diaz suddenly leave this summer.
