The 28-year-old already has an agreement with Real Betis regarding personal terms for his return to the Andalusian club. However, Betis cannot afford to pay Real Madrid too much to complete the deal, which would prevent it from happening unless the player exerts pressure and Perez’s management accedes to his opinion.
