It appears the English star has taken steps to protect his career should the German arrive at the Bernabéu, as he has begun negotiations with other clubs in preparation for a first-ever move to the Premier League.
There are reports that Bellingham has reached a verbal agreement with Manchester United to facilitate his immediate transfer, with the activation of this agreement contingent specifically on Klopp’s appointment.
It is worth noting that after his explosive start with Real Madrid, Bellingham’s form has noticeably declined over the last two seasons, and he may well be a candidate to leave if he fails to deliver the expected performance upon his return from injury after the upcoming international break.
