According to Italian journalist Nico Schira, Real Madrid management has its sights set on signing Theo Hernandez, the Milan left-back.
Florentino Pérez’s management has already requested information about Hernandez and his position at Milan, noting that his contract with the Italian club expires in the summer of 2026.
Theo’s potential with Milan has exploded over the past three years, becoming one of the most important and best players on the left flank. Given his defensive abilities, in particular, he has become Real Madrid’s ideal choice to succeed Mendy.

The player’s contract at San Siro expires after the 2026 World Cup, making Milan willing to sell him for a modest fee if he fails to renew this year, rather than leaving for free next year.
Thus, the French international’s deal will not be costly for Real Madrid’s coffers. On the contrary, the club will sign a world-class player for a price that will range between 30 and 50 million euros.

Real Madrid signed Theo Hernandez in the summer of 2017 from Atlético Madrid for €24 million.
The 27-year-old spent only one year in Zinedine Zidane’s squad, and was not a favorite with the French coach and did not feature much.
