Real Madrid Considers Appointing “Barcelona’s Son” as Arbeloa’s New Coach

Cesc Fabregas, the Como coach, has emerged as a potential candidate to take over the reins at Real Madrid next season, replacing Alvaro Arbeloa.

Several names have surfaced in recent weeks as possible candidates for the Real Madrid job, most recently Mauricio Pochettino, as well as Jurgen Klopp and Massimiliano Allegri.

The renowned Spanish journalist Jorge Pecón reported that Real Madrid is closely monitoring Fabregas in light of the significant transformation he is leading at Como.

The 38-year-old coach is close to guiding Como to Champions League qualification after a remarkable season in which they avoided relegation and delivered outstanding performances.

Real Madrid’s management is highly impressed with Fabregas’s work and is observing his playing style and coaching philosophy with a view to potentially signing him next summer.

The Fabregas option is undoubtedly a “crazy” one, as the Como coach is a former Barcelona player and is known to dream of returning to the Catalan club as a coach. Fabregas began his career at La Masia, then moved to Arsenal before returning to Barcelona as a star player for three years. He then returned to the Premier League with Chelsea.

Como was the last club Fabregas played for, and he later took over as manager, leading the team back to Serie A last season.

Manchester City are also interested in signing Fabregas should Pep Guardiola leave next summer, in addition to Inter Milan and AC Milan, who have been pursuing him since last year.
