Real Madrid announces the readiness of its star for the Bilbao match

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti announced that Eder Militao is ready to participate in his team’s match against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday after recovering from his injury.

The Brazilian player has been sidelined since he suffered a ligament tear against the Basque club in the first round match at San Mamés Stadium.

Militao began to recover in February, and participated in training recently and played a friendly match during the international break, and is now ready to participate again.

“He is not in the best physical condition, but he is ready to come back again,” Ancelotti said in the press conference for the Bilbao match about Militao. “We are very happy about that.”

The Spanish media had ruled out Militao participating in the Bilbao match, and Ancelotti would content himself with keeping him on the bench.

As for the Brazilian centre-back’s participation in the match against Manchester City, it will most likely not happen given his long absence from the stadiums, but after that he will gradually begin to enter the matches.
