The England international, who has been on fire recently, responded to this question by saying: “As a child, I wanted to be like Lionel Messi.”
He added: “Messi or Ronaldo? Definitely for me Messi.”
When asked who is the best player in the world at the moment, he said: “Vinicius or Mbappe, and I think I would go for Mbappe.”
It is worth noting that Palmer, 22, has scored 6 goals in 9 matches for Chelsea this season in all competitions.
Palmer became the first player in Premier League history to score a super hat-trick in the first 45 minutes when he did so against Brighton.
