Officially… Igor Tudor leaves Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur manager Igor Tudor has left his post after just six weeks in charge.

Tudor failed to secure a single victory in his five Premier League matches, managing only one draw and suffering four defeats, after replacing Thomas Frank in February.

Tottenham released a statement on their official X platform, confirming: “We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed that head coach Igor Tudor will leave the club with immediate effect.”

Tomislav Rogic and Ricardo Ragnacchi have also departed their roles as goalkeeping coach and fitness coach, respectively.

The decision to part ways with Tudor comes after Spurs’ heavy 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League last week. The club has yet to announce a successor to the Croatian manager.

Tudor’s 44-day spell in charge is one of the shortest in Premier League history, surpassed only by three other managers.

Sam Allardyce spent just 30 days at Leeds United in 2023, while this season Ange Postecoglou managed Nottingham Frost for 39 days, and in 2006 Les Reed oversaw Charlton for a mere 40 days.
