Officially… 3 Absences for Zamalek in the Egyptian Super Cup

Zamalek coach Ahmed Abdel Raouf announced the squad that will travel to the UAE for the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup.

The squad saw the exclusion of Nasser Mansi for technical reasons, in addition to Mohamed El-Sayed, who was left out after the club’s management decided to freeze him until a final agreement is reached regarding his contract renewal.

The third absentee will be Adam Kayed, who is still recovering from a calf injury. Abdel Raouf, however, decided to include Juan Bezerra despite his hamstring strain sustained in the Tala’ea El-Gaish match.

The Zamalek squad also includes Mahmoud Gahaz, who has not played this season due to injuries, and Ahmed Sherif, who returns after missing the last two matches against Al-Ahly Bank and Tala’ea El-Gaish, having made a full recovery.

Mohamed Sobhi and Ahmed Fatouh, who left the Tala’ea El-Gaish match due to injuries, have been declared fit. Sobhi suffered from minor fatigue, while Fatouh sustained a slight concussion and is expected to be available for Thursday’s Pyramids FC match without any issues.
