Press reports indicated that Fenerbahce coach, Jose Mourinho, is very determined to sign Sofyan Amrabat this summer.
The Moroccan international returned from his loan to Manchester United to his original club Fiorentina, and there is a mutual desire between the two parties to leave.
According to “Fabrizio Romano”, Fenerbahce, due to Mourinho’s desire, submitted its first offer to win Amrabat.
Fenerbahce offered Fiorentina to pay 2 million euros to loan the player for a year, with an option to buy next summer for 12 million euros.
But this offer was not accepted by the Viola management, who are hoping to make more money from behind the 28-year-old.
At the same time, there is English competition to sign Amrabat, as Everton also entered the negotiations to obtain the Moroccan’s signature.
It remains to be noted that Fenerbahce has signed another Moroccan this summer, Youssef En-Nesyri, from Sevilla.
