Cristiano Ronaldo almost repeated his legendary goal in Juventus, but this time luck stood in the way of the Portuguese star.
In 2017, Ronaldo scored a historic goal at Allianz Stadium with Real Madrid in the Champions League, after an unforgettable penalty against legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
Ronaldo participated in his team’s Al-Nasr match against Al-Hilal in the King’s Cup final, which was held at Al-Jawhara Al-Radi Stadium in Jeddah.
The 39-year-old received a cross from his compatriot Otavio, and faced it with a legendary scissor shot towards goalkeeper Yacine Bounou, who merely followed the ball.
But unfortunately for the Portuguese international, his ball hit Bono’s left post, and he was deprived of scoring a new legendary goal that almost competed strongly for the Puskas Award.
After the miss, signs of disappointment and frustration appeared on Ronaldo’s face, who had no luck before converting a solo shot into the goal after Bono’s brilliance.
