Hamdallah.. the last thorn in Ronaldo’s side for achieving a historic achievement in Saudi Arabia!

Cristiano Ronaldo, the star of Al-Nasr, has become very close to achieving a historic achievement in the Saudi League, equaling former Al-Alamy player Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah.

“The Don” scored 3 goals during Al-Nassr’s 5-1 victory over Al-Ta’i on Saturday, reaching his 26th goal this season in the Saudi League.

The 39-year-old’s total contributions this season in the local competition reached 35 goals, scoring 26 goals and assisting 9 others.

Thus, Ronaldo became the second player to contribute to scoring 33 goals or more during one season after Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah, who keeps a very special number for himself.

The Moroccan international is the player who contributed the most goals in one season in the Saudi League (since the launch of the professional version in 2009) when he contributed 43 goals during the 2018-2019 season.

The opportunity is now ripe for Ronaldo to enter the history of the Saudi League from its widest gates, as he needs 8 contributions in the remaining 9 matches of the Roshan League for this season.
