Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech attacked his current club Galatasaray, and confirmed that he regretted the move to the Turkish club, and considered his current coach Okan Buruk the worst coach in his career.
Ziyech did not participate much this season amid many crises with Buruk, and the player found no escape from attacking the club that supported the coach’s decisions against him.
Ziyech told the Turkish media, “My story with Galatasaray is over, I do not want to play here again and I will leave in January.”
He also added, “Okan Buruk is the worst coach I have met in my career, I have never seen a worse coach than him.”
He concluded, “I do not care whether Galatasaray wins the league or not, all I want is for them to leave me alone, I really regret coming here.”
Since joining Galatasaray, the 31-year-old has only played 34 matches over a year and a half, scoring 8 goals and making 5 assists.
Ziyech is attracting interest from Greek side Olympiacos in particular, while his agent has confirmed that he wants to stay in Europe despite receiving many Arab offers, and prepare to lead his country Morocco in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
