Despite the player’s arrival in Germany, Chelsea cancels Jackson’s move to Bayern Munich!

Chelsea has officially contacted Bayern Munich to cancel the loan transfer of Nicolas Jackson to the Bavarian club.

Bayern had agreed with Chelsea to sign Jackson on a one-year loan for €15 million, with an option to buy for €65 million in the summer of 2026.

Jackson arrived in Munich on Saturday evening, where cameras captured his arrival in Bavaria to undergo a medical and sign his official transfer contract with Vincent Kompany’s squad.

Meanwhile, Chelsea striker Liam Delap suffered an injury during the Blues’ match against Fulham, and initial tests revealed that the English striker would need at least two months to return to action.

Amid this, and just moments before Jackson was due to undergo a medical, Chelsea sent a letter to Bayern informing them of the cancellation of the deal and requesting the Senegalese international to return immediately to London and join Enzo Maresca’s squad.

Bayern Munich’s position on these dramatic events remains unknown, and the player himself has expressed his desire to leave on more than one occasion, even if his chances of playing for Chelsea have now been doubled by Delap’s injury.
