Paris Saint-Germain President, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, confirmed that he wishes Kylian Mbappé success in his career, and that the door for the player to return to the French club will remain open.
The French media had confirmed that the differences had reached their peak between Al-Khelaifi and Mbappe, to the point that the president decided not to pay the player’s salary for the last 3 months.
However, Al-Khelaifi made press statements about Mbappe, during which he said, “He arrived to us as a teenager, and now he is leaving as a rational man.”
He also added, “He is the best player in the world after 7 years he spent with us. I wish him all the best.”
Regarding the possibility of the player returning to Paris Saint-Germain, he said, “Who knows? It might happen. He left because he wanted a new experience, but he is a wonderful boy and he had a wonderful time in Paris with us. I really wish him all the best.”
Mbappe will move to Real Madrid, and it is expected that the matter will be officially announced in the first week of June after the Champions League final.
