Ronaldo appeared in a video on his Instagram account, talking about how he succeeds in always focusing and what rules he follows in his life.
According to “The Don,” he does not receive any phone calls after ten o’clock in the evening in order to remain calm, unless there is a serious incident that requires his intervention.
Ronaldo said in this regard, “I am fully committed not to talk on the phone after 10 p.m. I do not talk after this time because talking activates the brain.”
He also added, “So never call me after 10 p.m. unless there is an emergency or a friend really needs me.”
He concluded, “I never like talking on the phone after this appointment because I want to sleep peacefully.”
Ronaldo maintains his body in a very exceptional way despite reaching the age of 39, and his ability to play football remains the same and this is evident from his numbers this season with Al-Nassr.
