Inter star Marcus Thuram was subjected to a fierce attack on social media for his actions towards Lamine Yamal.

Before the second leg, Barcelona star Lamine Yamal said he was on a “mission” to reach the final and win the title Barcelona has missed in the last 10 years.
After the 4-3 defeat in the second leg, Marcus Thuram embraced Yamal and consoled him over Barça’s elimination in a video that was filmed.
However, the French player took this photo and posted a status on his Instagram account, gloating over Yamal.
Thuram captioned the image of his consolation to Yamal, “You’re on a mission, huh?!” with sarcastic smiley faces, which opened the door to intense attacks, so much so that he was forced to delete the status.
Many view Thuram’s behavior as tactless, disrespectful, and unsportsmanlike, especially since he used the photo of him consoling Yamal to gloat.
