Chelsea players held a guard of honor for Liverpool before their Premier League match on Saturday.
Liverpool clinched the Premier League title following a 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur last week at Anfield.
As is always customary, all clubs are required to hold a guard of honor for the remaining games of Liverpool’s Premier League campaign.
Chelsea was the first to congratulate the Reds, and this gesture was seen by many as humiliating, but it cannot be ignored as it would be considered disrespectful.

Liverpool will field all its stars despite clinching the title, led by Mohamed Salah, for whom Chelsea is one of their favorite goals.
After facing the Blues, Liverpool will face runners-up Arsenal, then Brighton, before concluding the season with a match against Crystal Palace at Anfield on May 25, where they will lift the trophy.
