Bayern Munich are planning to offer winger Michael Olise a massive contract extension with a substantial pay rise to secure his long-term future at the Allianz Arena, according to reports in Germany.
The Bavarian giants are moving quickly following intense interest from several European heavyweights, most notably Real Madrid, who are reportedly determined to make the French star their next high-profile “Galactico” signing.
According to the latest updates, Bayern are preparing a bumper contract offer that would tie Olise to the club until the summer of 2031. Official negotiations are scheduled to begin immediately after the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Second Highest-Paid Player After Harry Kane
To convince the 23-year-old to stay, Bayern Munich are prepared to make Olise the club’s second-highest earner, trailing only England captain Harry Kane. The proposed deal would see Olise’s annual salary skyrocket to an estimated €18m–€20m, a figure that reportedly eclipses what Real Madrid or any other suitor could offer.
As of now, the former Crystal Palace star has not made a final decision regarding his future, preferring to keep his full focus on France’s World Cup campaign.
