Bayern Munich Reaches Agreement with Premier League Star

After a long wait, Bayern Munich will make a new attacking signing this summer. The German club has already reached an agreement with one of last season’s Premier League stars.

Bayern Munich signed Luis Diaz from Liverpool for €70 million, but Harry Kane and some Bayern players complained about the lack of players in coach Vincent Kompany’s squad ahead of what will be a very long season.

Bayern Munich sought to sign Christopher Nkunku and Nick Voldemort, but the former decided to stay with Chelsea for another year, and the latter was categorically rejected by Stuttgart despite the Bundesliga champions’ €60 million offer.

Ultimately, sporting director Max Eberl decided to comply with president Uli Hoeness’s orders to only sign new players on loan and agreed to sign Chelsea star Nicolas Jackson as Harry Kane’s replacement at the Allianz Arena.

In the coming hours, negotiations will begin between Chelsea and Bayern Munich to officially complete the deal. The German club only intends to sign Jackson on loan with an option to buy in the summer of 2026.

Chelsea wants to offload Jackson, so it is expected that they will be flexible on the terms of the sale, especially since simply removing him from Enzo Maresca’s squad could help secure one or more deals before the end of the summer transfer window.

It’s worth noting that the Senegalese striker scored 13 goals and provided six assists in 37 appearances for Chelsea last season in all competitions.
