Barcelona star receives Saudi offer… and rejects it!

Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo has attracted the attention of clubs in Saudi Arabia, but neither the player nor the club intends to pursue a transfer.

According to a recent report published by Marca, Saudi club Al-Qadisiyah has expressed interest in the Spanish international and has even made informal contact with Barcelona officials.

Reports indicate that the Saudi club has already sent representatives to Spain to observe Olmo’s performances on several occasions.

As for the player, it seems clear that he is not considering leaving Camp Nou, despite reports linking him with a potential move to Inter Milan in a swap deal involving defender Alessandro Bastoni.

Internally, Barcelona’s management shares the player’s view; the club is not considering selling him and still sees Olmo as a key part of its future plans.

Interestingly, the player himself is not fully aware of any concrete interest. While there have been informal approaches at the club level, neither he nor his agents have been informed of anything direct.

Despite injuries, Olmo had a largely successful season, making 38 appearances (22 starts), scoring 7 goals and providing 8 assists across all competitions.
