Ibrahim Adel received an offer to move to the Spanish League in the last days of the Mercato and after his remarkable brilliance with the Egyptian national team in the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The Pyramids star scored 3 goals in the Olympics and was the first star for the Pharaohs who finished fourth in the competition.
According to Egyptian media, Getafe has entered into negotiations with Pyramids to sign Adel on a one-year loan with a purchase clause next summer.
Pyramids officials are demanding $1 million for this loan, without revealing the value of the purchase clause yet, which is likely to exceed $5 million.
Getafe is not the only club interested in obtaining the services of Ibrahim Adel, as Scottish Rangers are also very interested, but have not yet submitted an official offer.
The English media have also linked the player to some Premier League clubs, most notably the duo returning to the spotlight, Ipswich Town and Leicester City.
