It seems that Cristiano Ronaldo is on his way to ending any controversy surrounding his future with Al-Nasr, after he decided to agree to the Saudi club’s renewal offer for another year.
The Portuguese star’s contract with Al-Nasr is still extended until the summer of 2026, but news has recently emerged of more than one European club’s interest in contracting with Ronaldo next summer.
But The Talk Sport network confirms that Ronaldo is happy in Al-Nasr, and does not intend to leave the Saudi club, regardless of the proposed offers, and even agreed to renew his contract for a new year.
Because of Ronaldo’s great success with Al-Nasr and the overwhelming popularity that the Saudi team has enjoyed in Portugal, Al-Nasr wants to sign another Portuguese player next summer.
Al-Nasr is considering signing Bruno Fernandes, who intends to leave Manchester United next summer, and enjoys a very strong relationship with Ronaldo.
It is noteworthy that Ronaldo has not yet won any official championship with Al-Nasr, but he succeeded in winning the Arab Championship last summer with the Luis Castro battalion.
