According to journalist Matteo Moretto, negotiations between Barcelona and PSG have begun to finalize the deal, following talks held by Deco, the Catalan club’s sporting director, and Luis Campos, the Parisian advisor.
The expected value of the transfer ranges between €40 million and €50 million, with optimism that a final agreement will be reached before Ferran returns to Barcelona’s training on Wednesday.
Barcelona had planned to hold a meeting with the player after his vacation to discuss his future and the renewal of his contract, which expires in the summer of 2027, but his agreement with Paris made the meeting unnecessary while awaiting the finalization of the deal between the two clubs.
