According to Italian transfer journalist Nicolò Schira, Salah has agreed to a one-year contract with a salary of €12 million per season. Beşiktaş management is currently finalizing the last details before making an official announcement in the coming days.

The Egypt national team captain will join the Black Eagles on a free transfer following the end of his iconic spell at Liverpool, allowing the Süper Lig side to complete one of the biggest signings in their history without paying a transfer fee.

The negotiations previously faced a roadblock due to high commission demands from Salah’s agent. However, a breakthrough was achieved after the fees were reduced, bringing both parties to a mutual agreement.

While personal terms are reportedly agreed upon, Beşiktaş have not yet officially announced the deal. Club president Serdal Adalı confirmed that the final offer has been submitted and a decision from the player is expected shortly.

Salah made 41 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions during the 2025–2026 season, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists before bidding farewell to Anfield after nine memorable seasons.

The “Egyptian King” leaves Liverpool with an extraordinary legacy: 442 appearances, 257 goals, and 123 assists. His trophy-laden career on Merseyside includes the UEFA Champions League, two Premier League titles, the FIFA Club World Cup, the FA Cup, and several other domestic and continental honors.
