Marmoush Seeks Playing Time Away From Erling Haaland’s Shadow
Marmoush suffered from a lack of regular playing time last season due to the undisputed presence of Erling Haaland. The situation is unlikely to improve, and could potentially worsen, under the guidance of Man City’s newly appointed manager, Enzo Maresca.
According to transfer expert Nicolo Schira, De Zerbi has been tracking Marmoush for some time. The Italian tactician believes the “Egyptian Prince” would be the perfect reinforcement for the Spurs’ frontline ahead of the new season.

The biggest hurdle for Tottenham, or any other suitor, will be Manchester City’s financial demands. The reigning English champions will not accept any offer below the €80 million fee they paid to sign the Egyptian from Eintracht Frankfurt a year and a half ago.
