Vinicius Junior’s visit to El Sadar Stadium was not a pleasant one, as he was once again subjected to abuse from Osasuna fans.
Real Madrid faced Osasuna in the 25th round of La Liga, a league in which the Royal Club leads Barcelona by two points.
Last Tuesday, Vinicius suffered an unfortunate racist incident at Benfica’s stadium, both from Gianluca Brestiani and from the Portuguese club’s fans.
Despite this, the Brazilian was determined to play against Osasuna and started in the match held away from the Santiago Bernabéu.
Every time Vinicius touched the ball, he was met with loud boos from the Osasuna fans. This is not the first time he has faced such treatment at El Sadar Stadium, following several clashes between him and Osasuna supporters in previous seasons.
Vinicius was not the only victim of Osasuna fans’ abuse; Raúl Asensio was also targeted.
The Spanish defender is facing numerous protests against him in La Liga stadiums due to his name being involved in a sex scandal along with three of his former teammates at the Real Madrid academy, dating back to the summer of 2023.
