Paris Saint-Germain has its sights set on signing one of Real Madrid’s stars, initially on loan with an option to make the move permanent.
The transfer news website Fichajes indicates that Brahim Diaz is on the radar of the Parisian club, who have been very impressed with his performances over the last two seasons in the Madrid shirt.
However, doubts remain about whether signing Diaz would be beneficial for PSG. Therefore, a proposal has been made to sign Diaz on a one-year loan with an option to buy in the summer of 2027.
As for the player, he seems to be fed up with his situation at Real Madrid. He is not getting consistent playing time with the club and has become relegated to the bench for too long. Consequently, he is looking for a club that guarantees him regular playing time, which is exactly what Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s administration is promising him.
Real Madrid’s management is also open to letting Diaz go, but only on a permanent transfer for a substantial fee exceeding €50 million. It has been reported that Tottenham and several other English clubs are already interested in signing the Moroccan international.
It’s unclear how Florentino Perez’s administration will view PSG’s loan offer, should it materialize, but they are certainly open to the idea of parting ways with Diaz next season.
